The work is carried out in stages, as follows:

1. The roof is pre-treated with fungicidal wash to tackle any fungal growths that have made a home on your roof.
2. Next, it will be cleaned using a high pressure water jet from a commercial petrol-engined cleaner. These operate at far high pressures (usually about 250 bar) than one you might have at home for small jobs.
3. Small repairs are undertaken to make the roof good, such as chipping out and replacing damaged mortar, re-seating loose tiles and replacing missing or broken tiles.
4. Smartseal Roof Sealer or Smartseal Roof Coating is then applied to provide lasting protection and keep your roof looking great for years to come.

• Imbues the roof with self-cleaning properties as it gives a clear coat that fungi find very difficult to get a foothold on and dirt and grime are washed away by precipitation
